PRODUCT COMPOSITION

The PPC.C Fat Dissolver contains the following ingredients:

1. Phosphatidylcholine (PC)—Consists of 500 mg. It is found in the cells as a key component of their structure and works to help in breaking down fat. It is composed of phospholipids attached to a choline particle. It is often used in injectables to treat non-cancerous fatty tumors (lipomas), excess fat around the eyelids, and yellowish cholesterol deposits just under the skin’s surface (xanthelasmas). Therefore, it is perfect as a primary active ingredient in fat-dissolving products.
2. Sodium deoxycholate (DC)—Consists of 240 mg. Serves as the active ingredient. Also known as deoxycholic acid, it is a synthetic substance naturally made in the body to absorb fat. It destroys fat cell membranes in the target area, lipids, and cholesterol. It forms mixed micelles in the intestine and helps digest fat and absorption through the intestinal wall.

Packaging: 5 x 10 mL vials in one package.

Composition: 500 mg phosphatidylcholine, 240 mg sodium deoxycholate, benzyl alcohol, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate, ethanol, methylparaben, ethylparaben, water

Injection depth: The injection depth may vary depending on the situation. For sagging skin or altering the skin’s surface texture, 6~8mm in the immediate subdermal fat layer is recommended. The first lipolysis treatment will require 10~13mm in the subcutaneous layer, and the second treatment will require 6~8mm with an injection spacing of 1.0cm.

Needle size: Tuberculin syringe with a fine needle (30G or 32G with 6-13mm dimensions)

Reconstitution: 10 mL of PPC-C Solution is mixed with 10 mL of sterile NaCl (1:1), totaling 20 mL of the reconstituted solution ready for injection.

Recommended dosage: Body – 0.4 to 0.6 mL per point. Face (smaller surface area) – 0.2 to 0.5 mL per point. A maximum of 50 mL (5 vials) of Premium PPC-C per treatment session is allowed.

Aftercare:

1. After the procedure, swelling and redness may occur (but eventually fade). Thus, heparin ointment or ice packs placed over the treatment area after the procedure is recommended.
2. Burning sensation and hyperpigmentation may occur but will fade within 3 months. You can use ice packs and topical ointments to calm the skin down.
3. Avoid extreme sports and activities in the first 2 weeks after treatment. 
4. Avoid sunbathing and exposing the treatment area to extreme cold and heat (e.g., sauna or hot tub) for 2 weeks after treatment.
5. Reduce alcohol consumption, at least for a few weeks after the procedure, as it may affect the treatment results.

Treatment interval: At least 1 week; however, each treatment therapy should have a 4-week interval.

Storage: Keep in a tightly closed container; store in a cool, dry, ventilated area.
