Product appearance: It is a clear, transparent solution in a polyethylene ampoule bottle
Composition: 10% or 500 mg/5 mL, of Magnesium sulfate in each ampoule
Injection depth: Intravenous (IV)
Indications: Formulated to combat cramps and seizures associated with narcolepsy and prevent cervical cysts. It also acts as a mineral, treating any signs of aging, fatigue, and burnout; liver function improvement; a weak immune system; skin revitalization; scalp and hair vitality; enhanced healing; and skin regeneration
Method of administration: Commonly applied through microneedling, mesotherapy-style techniques, or infusion for revitalization treatments, following proper handling guidelines.
Recommended dosage:
- Convulsions due to hypomagnesemia: 1-2 g of MgSu IV
- Seizures of eclampsia: 4-5g via IV for 10 minutes
- Prevention of uterine rigidity: initial 4 g via IV then 1g can be administered
- Depleted levels of magnesium (hypomagnesemia): 1 g via IM every 4 to 6 hours. Alternatively, 5 g of this drug can be added to a 5% glucose injection or a 0.9% physiological saline injection and administered intravenously for 3 hours. In the treatment of deficiency, the renal excretory function of the patient should be carefully monitored.
Treatment interval: It varies from weekly to monthly depending on the indication and the patient’s response. Treatments are also performed at intervals chosen by the practitioner, typically based on the condition and goal.
Storage: Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place (2-28°C) protected from direct sunlight. Use within 6 hours of opening.
