Return & Refund Policy

Our Return & Refund Policy at Korean Fillers is designed to ensure transparency, safety, and compliance. We prioritize product quality, secure packaging, and timely international delivery for medical professionals, distributors, and clinics worldwide.

 Returns Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature of aesthetic medical products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • You received a wrong product.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and still in original sealed packaging.

 We do not accept returns for opened, used, temperature-sensitive, or incorrectly stored products due to safety and hygiene regulations.

 How to Request a Return

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@koreanfillers.com
  • Include the following:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Clear photos or video evidence (box, product, packaging)

Our support team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged goods), we will cover return shipping or provide a replacement.
  • If the return is requested for any other reason, shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • All returns must be sent using a trackable courier.

 Refund or Replacement

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will:
    • Approve refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, or
    • Send a replacement if requested and approved.
  • Store credit may also be offered in certain cases.

CUSTOM CLEARANCE

  • We are liable for customs clearance in the USA ( United States of America ) , UK( United Kingdom )  , Germany, Switzerland, Hungary, Denmark, the United Arab Emirates, and Australia, and in some European countries, we have clearance partners for customs clearance, we make sure your product is delivered without any customs clearance issues. If there any issue with the custom we take care of it from our side.
