Bienox is a Korean-made botulinum toxin type A neuromodulator designed to provide consistent, natural wrinkle relaxation and precise muscle attenuation. Bienox is manufactured by BNC Korea under GMP and ISO-certified sterile conditions, providing aestheticians with a stable, consistent toxin suitable for a wide range of facial rejuvenation procedures. Its formulation includes a high-purity neurotoxic compound stabilized by human albumin and sodium chloride.
Bienox acts by temporarily inhibiting acetylcholine transmission at the neuromuscular junction. This reduces excessive muscle contractions and allows dynamic wrinkles, such as frown lines, crow’s feet, and forehead creases, to gradually smooth out, giving the patient a refreshed, youthful appearance. PRODUCT COMPOSITION
Bienox comes in a lyophilized powder form containing the following ingredients:
- Clostridium botulinum toxin type A strain – 100U
- Human serum albumin – 0.5 mg

BIENOX PRODUCT INFORMATION
Packaging: 100U x 1 vial. Each package may contain one vial or 10 vials.
Product appearance: A white or light-yellow lyophilisate contained in a colorless and transparent vial. When reconstituted with saline, Metox appears as a transparent solution.
Injection depth: Intramuscular or intradermal injection
Needle size: 29 – 30G
Reconstitution: Mix Bienox vial with 0.9% sterile saline solution before administering the product.
Recommended usage: The amount of Metox to be used will depend on the target area and the medical professional’s discretion after a thorough evaluation of the face.
Treatment interval: Intervals between treatments should not be shorter than 3 months.
