SCULPTRA PRODUCT INFORMATION

Preparation: Sculptra dry powder is mixed with 5-8 mL of sterile water for injection (SWFI). Before injection, add 1 mL of sterile 2% (20mg/mL) lidocaine solution to the reconstituted product, bringing the total amount to 6-9 mL.
Treatment protocol: The number of injections administered at each session will vary depending on the treatment plan developed by the patient and the practitioner. Approximately 3 to 5 vials can be utilized in one session. The greater the treatment area, the higher the dose required to cover it. For instance, a 5mL reconstitution is injected into the nasolabial folds and other face creases, whereas an 8mL reconstitution is injected into the larger cheek area.
Recommended dosage: The maximum volume of Sculptra per individual injection should be limited to 0.1 mL–0.2 mL, with a space of 0.5–1cm.
Treatment interval: Sculptra should be limited to 2~4 treatment sessions, each spaced 3~4 weeks apart.
Duration of effect: 24 months
Storage: Store at room temperature between 1 °C and 30 °C. Do not freeze. Refrigeration is not required.
