The Rejuran series of cosmetic and medical devices are developed by one of the most acclaimed biopharmaceuticals in South Korea, PharmaResearch Co., Ltd. Rejuran Classic is a “New Concept Healer” made exclusively of polynucleotide (PN) from specific-sized DNA fragments derived from wild salmon. It is primarily developed to naturally make the skin young and healthy, thereby delivering the highly biocompatible polynucleotides directly into the skin. It is also the safest aesthetic procedure that functions by improving the skin’s own regenerating capabilities, keeping the skin from aging, or rather delaying its process.
Rejuran Classic is manufactured in a world-class production facility that is certified with KGMP (Korea Good Manufacturing Practice) and ISO 13485 which has proven the safety of the product. Moreover, it has its own patent technology (Patent No. 10-1475381) for extraction, purification, and distillation of its active ingredient, polynucleotide. PRODUCT COMPOSITION
Rejuran Classic contains 2mL of Polynucleotide (PN).
PN are DNA fragments extracted from wild salmon specifically from the Korean Chum Salmon O.Keta, which has the closest DNA base composition to the human body, thus making it even more biocompatible to the body. This is made possible with the company’s patented technology called the DOT™ (DNA Optimizing Technology). Polynucleotides are a more concentrated form of PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) where they work swiftly to produce effects but also slowly degrade while maintaining its uniform structure in the skin tissue thereby lasting longer.
HOW IT WORKS
Rejuran works systematically from revitalizing the skin, restoring skin elasticity to improving skin moisture and hydration balance. Through clinical studies, Rejuran shows superior results where it increases the proliferation of fibroblast cells, promoting long-term elastin and collagen growth in the skin. Thus, by activating the skin’s own regenerative ability to restore its own collagen structure, it lifts the skin and maintains its firmness and elasticity. Unlike other hyaluronic acid skin boosters, Rejuran consists of bio-active DNA molecules that stimulate regeneration and repair damaged skin while reducing unwanted inflammation. Then, Rejuran increases epidermal and dermal skin thickness, forming a strong defense against multiple factors that can cause premature skin aging.
DURATION OF EFFECT

APPLICATION

Rejuran Classic may have synergistic effects when combined with other dermal fillers, but it is advised that the target area must be in different layers of the skin. Theoretically, it is safer to perform Rejuran treatment weeks before other dermal fillers or injectables. However, Rejuran injection can be used with other mesotherapy devices such as Needle RF, Lasers, and HIFU to catalyze the skin’s repair process. This concept is called “Skin Awakening”.

PACKAGING AND SPECIFICATIONS
Packaging: Rejuran Classic Injectable Skin Booster is available in a 2 x 2mL prefilled syringe per box.
Method of Administration: Intradermal injection
Recommended Dosage: Inject Rejuran just beneath the dermis after mixing with lidocaine to minimize pain levels. A numbing cream can be applied for 20 to 30 minutes to minimize pain.
Treatment interval: A total of 4 Rejuran treatments in two-week intervals, the effect becomes more markedly visible. Then, followed by a treatment every 3 to 6 months to nurture a healthy skin condition.
Needle size: 33G x 4mm. To lower the pain level, inject with a 27G or 30G needle.
Injection depth: Superficial dermis to mid-epidermis
Storage: Store the product at 2° ~ 25°C. Keep the product away from direct sunlight.
